Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
